"The dream is the small, hidden door in the deepest and most intimate sanctum of the soul..."
C. Jung

When we understand how dreams speak to us, we open a channel to a true source of guidance, creativity, healing, and spiritual growth. Each two hour workshop in this four part series focuses on a different element of dreaming: Dream Healing; Creative Dreaming; Communicating Through Dreams (including Mutual Dreaming); and Dreaming Towards Spiritual Growth. Emphasis will be on incubating, recalling, recording and exploring dreams, to discover the messages, symbols, guidance and meanings within them. There will be discussion, brief meditations, and interactive dream play with optional take home exercises.

Workshops may be taken independently or as a series, for more in-depth exploration. All participants are encouraged to bring a journal and a short dream for private or shared exploration.

Dreams are a powerful tool for writers, artists and all creative souls. Learning to work with them reaps many rewards: enhanced creativity; inspiration and illumination into creative process; guidance and insight for specific projects; and greater confidence and joy for the journey. This interactive workshop includes exercises, handouts, and a recommended reading list for further dream exploration. Bring a project or dilemma you'd like to explore.

Maureen's Dream Crafting workshop is FABULOUS! For anyone who desires to use their sleep time to actually create characters, answer plot problems, or stop writers's block, this workshop is for you. By using her techniques, I'm actually forging ahead on projects I had given up on. She is a dynamic, organized speaker with a lot to offer.
Elizabeth Koehler-Pentacoff, Children's Author

Maureen spoke at the California Writers Club, Tri-Valley Branch and did a fantastic job. She got very high marks from all the attendees! She was extremely organized and provided a wealth of information. Don't miss an opportunity to hear her speak.

"A wonderful author presentation! The children loved it. We hope you'll come back soon and speak to our fourth through eighth graders. Our teachers especially liked your presentation, because it reinforced to their students that they have to rewrite before writing can be submitted, just as you had to!"
- K. McDonagh, St. Leo the Great School

"Thank your for such a practical, professional and helpful presentation, on writing and publishing today. The great handouts were eagerly received."

- Professor Carol Beran, English Dept.,
St. Mary's College of California

"The children had such fun reaching into your magic bag and brainstorming ideas for stories they could write! A special thank you for visiting."
