THE LANGUAGE OF DREAMS

When we understand how dreams speak to us, we open a channel to a true source of guidance, creativity, healing, and spiritual growth. Each two hour workshop in this four part series will focus on a different element of dreaming: Dream Healing; Creative Dreaming; Communicating Through Dreams (including Shared Dreaming); and Dreaming Towards Spiritual Growth. Emphasis will be on incubating, recalling, recording and exploring dreams, to discover the messages, symbols, guidance and meanings within them. There will be discussion, brief meditations, and exercises related to teach theme.

Workshops may be taken independently or as a series, for more in-depth exploration. All participants are encouraged to bring a journal and a short dream for private or shared exploration.

DREAMCRAFTING

Dreams are a powerful tool for writers, and learning to work with them reaps many rewards: enhanced creativity; inspiration and illumination into the writing process; guidance and insight for specific projects; help with unblocking; and greater confidence and joy along the writing journey. This interactive workshop includes exercises, handouts, and a recommended reading list for further dream exploration. Bring a project or writing dilemma you'd like to explore.
